Grapecare Limited is seeking an experienced Electrician/Electromechanic – Injection Molding Machine to maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the reliable operation of machinery and equipment in an injection molding production environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, machine troubleshooting, mold changes, equipment adjustments, and safe operation of production machinery, including Engel Victory injection molding machines.

ELECTRICIAN/ELECTROMECHANIC (INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Proven experience as an Electrician or Electromechanic.
• Experience in a manufacturing or injection molding environment is preferred.
• Training or education in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Ability to work independently when inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Experience with injection molding machines is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mold changing and machine maintenance procedures.
• Ability to safely operate or work with forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a production environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper operation and functionality of machines in the injection molding department.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and molds.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical machine faults within the scope of authorization.
• Inspect electrical equipment and identify potential faults or operating issues.
• Repair and maintain machinery, molds, and related production equipment.
• Carry out planned mold and equipment changes safely and efficiently.
• Start up and shut down injection molding machines according to established procedures.
• Adjust machine settings and production parameters according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and respond promptly to equipment problems.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes for mold installation, removal, and replacement.
• Assist with mold handling and positioning during production changeovers.
• Work with Engel Victory injection molding machines.
• Ensure machines, molds, and equipment are operated safely.
• Follow electrical, mechanical, workplace safety, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements, and safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Work independently while coordinating with production and maintenance teams.
