Innomotics, s.r.o., odštěpný závod Elektromotory Mohelnice is seeking skilled Assembly Workers (Electric Motor) to assemble, inspect, and package electric motors in a modern manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will perform mechanical assembly, wiring, bearing installation, and product handling while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.
Assembly Worker (Electric Motor)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants, 25–45 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in the assembly of electric motors.
- Skilled in manual assembly, terminal box wiring, bearing press fitting, and assembly line operations.
- Experience in palletizing and packaging finished electric motors.
- Experience operating simple production machinery is an advantage.
- Basic crane operation experience is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills and willingness to learn the Czech language.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive assembly and material-handling tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electric motors according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.
- Perform manual assembly of motor components with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Install and wire terminal boxes and electrical connections.
- Press-fit bearings and assemble rotating components using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Transfer products safely through various stages of the assembly line.
- Perform palletizing, packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished motors for shipment.
- Operate simple production machines and lifting equipment as required.
- Use overhead or small cranes for material handling when authorized.
- Inspect assembled motors to ensure compliance with quality and production standards.
- Report defects, equipment malfunctions, or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, manufacturing standards, and quality control requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other assembly and production duties assigned by supervisors.
