ELECTRICAL ENGINEER/QC INSPECTOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an Electrical Engineer, QC Inspector, or in a related engineering role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, quality control, construction standards, and engineering practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role, in accordance with employer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, update, modify, and approve electrical design plans and work schedules.
• Ensure electrical installations comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, project teams, contractors, and other engineers to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct quality control inspections and verify that electrical works meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and participate in meetings to identify and implement improvement initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of engineering personnel as required.
• Support the development, review, and approval of construction plans, including project goals, work breakdown structures, scope of work, schedules, risk management plans, milestones, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Provide technical support to the marketing and business development teams for bids, tenders, and project proposals.
• Contribute to the development of new engineering standards and continuously improve existing engineering guidelines by implementing industry and company best practices.
• Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality policies.
