Stellar New Zealand Ltd. is seeking experienced and independent Electrical Engineers for deployment to New Zealand. The successful candidate will support electrical engineering design, process control, and project execution activities within water, power, and infrastructure industries.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Intermediate-level Electrical Engineer capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in the water, power, and infrastructure industries is preferred.
• Strong background in process control and heavy industrial or utility design.
• Experience in client-facing activities, back-office engineering design, and project execution.
• Overseas experience related to the position is an advantage.
• IELTS or PTE passer.
• Must have good English comprehension and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in engineering software, electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review electrical engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support process control, industrial automation, and utility system design activities.
• Participate in project planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and technical coordination.
• Conduct troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of electrical and control system issues.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders regarding technical requirements and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Assist in the design and development of electrical systems for water, power, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare reports, calculations, and engineering documentation accurately and on time.
• Support project delivery while ensuring quality, efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external project teams.
