DISPATCH OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• No minimum educational attainment required
• Experience as a dispatcher, logistics coordinator, or in customer service is preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge for operating packing machines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet production and dispatch targets

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate packing machines for shipment preparation
• Inspect packaged items to ensure quality and accuracy
• Receive, process, and dispatch packing and delivery orders
• Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and coordinate repairs if needed
• Handle last-minute delays, customer concerns, and operational issues efficiently
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations
• Maintain records of shipments, orders, and dispatch activities
• Follow safety and operational procedures at all times
