Alotau Enterprises is seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Services Manager to oversee financial and administrative operations for its retail business in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, monitoring business expenditures, ensuring accurate bank reconciliations, and supporting the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
CORPORATE SERVICES MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Male or Female applicants.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry, such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, or convenience stores.
- Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, business expenditure tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting principles and financial management practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining financial accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day corporate services and administrative functions of the organization.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and management reports.
- Monitor and control business expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and financial accountability.
- Perform and review bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and financial objectives.
- Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
