CAREGIVER FOR NEW BORN BABY
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Medical Science; Medicine or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven experience in caregiving, patient care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of basic personal care, hygiene assistance, mobility support, and medication assistance.
- Compassionate, patient, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow healthcare instructions carefully.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with taking prescribed medications according to instructions.
- Support patients with walking, mobility, and transfers inside and outside the home.
- Accompany patients to doctor’s appointments, walks, and other necessary outings.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while ensuring the patient’s comfort and safety.
- Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the patient.
