Aviation Services Company (Riyadh Air) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Coordinator β Stores to manage tool control and storage operations within its aviation maintenance environment. The successful candidate will ensure proper management, calibration, and availability of tools and equipment in compliance with GACA regulations and company standards, supporting efficient line maintenance operations.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Training in Logistics Management and Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA) is required.
- Familiarity with General Familiarization (GenFam) Airframe and Engine Manufacturers is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in Airline, MRO, or Aerospace industry.
- Must be eligible to obtain appropriate police/security clearance for the role.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Experience in project management and inventory/tool control systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee tool storage operations and guide the team responsible for tool control management.
- Ensure all tools and equipment in storage are serviceable and comply with GACA regulations and company standards.
- Monitor and ensure timely calibration of all tools and test equipment according to defined intervals.
- Maintain accurate records of tools, equipment issuance, returns, and inventory status.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance shift managers to improve stores processes and support line maintenance activities.
- Control and manage QA audit visits related to tool storage and compliance.
- Oversee storekeeping activities, including tool handling, segregation, storage conditions, packaging, and shelf-life control.
- Ensure proper implementation of calibration programs, data integrity, and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and aviation regulatory requirements at all times.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in stores and logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
