Sawala Storage Co. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Checker to support warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, verifying goods movement, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring accurate warehouse records.

INVENTORY CHECKER

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants only.
  • Age between 25–45 years old.
  • Experience in inventory counting and warehouse record management is an advantage.
  • Ability to verify invoices and track goods movement accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Responsible, honest, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and stock verification in the warehouse.
  • Record and monitor all goods movement including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  • Verify invoices, delivery receipts, and supporting documents against physical stock.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and updated inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
  • Ensure proper labeling, organization, and tracking of stored goods.
  • Support audits and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all inventory data.
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times.
