F&B STOCK KEEPER

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome.
• 23–35 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a casual or fine dining restaurant or related F&B environment.
• First-time overseas applicants and ex-abroad applicants are welcome.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must have no visible tattoos.
• Experience handling food and beverage inventory is an advantage.
• Good organizational, numerical, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain high efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle inventory requirements associated with large-scale food production.
• Knowledge of proper food storage, stock rotation, and inventory control.
• Physically fit and able to perform stock handling duties.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming food, beverage, and restaurant supplies.
• Verify quantities, quality, expiration dates, and condition of delivered products.
• Properly store food and beverage items according to established storage requirements.
• Organize stockrooms, refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas to maintain cleanliness and accessibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify items that need replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, and remaining.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Apply proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices to minimize spoilage and product waste.
• Monitor expiration dates and report damaged, expired, or deteriorated products.
• Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen, restaurant, and food production teams as authorized.
• Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and F&B management regarding inventory requirements.
• Assist in maintaining appropriate stock levels for daily restaurant operations and large-scale food production.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Handle inventory documentation and reports accurately.
• Report stock shortages, discrepancies, damages, and other inventory concerns to management.
• Perform other stock-keeping and inventory duties assigned by management.
