Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Cook.
• Must be a Bachelors / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or related field.
• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods such as grilling, baking, and boiling.
• Ability to follow all sanitation and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of food items while ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Maintain an organized and efficient kitchen workspace.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food storage procedures.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring items according to recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all meals are prepared according to established recipes and cooking methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in monitoring food supplies and reporting shortages to kitchen management.

• Diploma (if any)
