Grapecare Ltd. is seeking experienced Facade Workers / Scaffolders to join its construction team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems while carrying out exterior facade finishing works in accordance with construction drawings, safety regulations, and project specifications. Applicants should have proven experience in facade work and scaffolding and be committed to delivering safe and high-quality workmanship.
FACADE WORKER / SCAFFOLDER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience as a Facade Worker and/or Scaffolder.
- Must be able to provide photos and videos of previous facade or scaffolding projects.
- Basic ability to read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, dimensions, and blueprints.
- Experience in erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems.
- Knowledge of facade rendering, exterior finishing, and safe work-at-height practices.
- Familiarity with scaffolding safety standards and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction work at heights.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle working and protective scaffolding, suspended walkways, mobile scaffolds, and work platforms.
- Ensure scaffolding systems are assembled safely and comply with workplace safety regulations and project requirements.
- Inspect scaffolding components before installation and report damaged or defective materials.
- Prepare exterior wall surfaces for rendering, finishing, and facade installation.
- Set out and install guide rails to ensure accurate alignment of rendered and finished surfaces.
- Carry out facade rendering, surface finishing, and related exterior construction activities.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and construction blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform routine inspections of scaffolding during use and make adjustments when required.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other construction trades to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain tools, scaffolding equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times, particularly when working at heights.
- Perform other scaffolding and facade-related duties assigned by management.
