Job Vacancy: FACTORY OPERATOR

Lealea Enterprise Co. Ltd. is seeking hardworking and dependable Factory Operators to join its manufacturing team in Taiwan. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling products, inspecting finished goods, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced factory environment. This opportunity is open to both male and female applicants with prior factory work experience.
FACTORY OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply.
- Age: 20 to 32 years old.
- Height Requirement: Male – 165 cm and above; Female – 155 cm and above.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Must have factory-related work experience.
- No tattoo.
- No color blindness.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and render overtime when required.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Assemble, process, and package products while meeting production targets and quality requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Prepare, sort, and handle raw materials and finished goods during the production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, machinery, and production areas.
- Follow workplace safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures at all times.
- Record production output and complete required production documents accurately.
- Assist with loading, unloading, labeling, and packaging of products when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance as assigned.
- Carry out other production-related duties assigned by supervisors.
