Grapecare LTD. is seeking experienced Building Exterior Finishing Workers (Facade Workers) to join its construction team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing exterior building facades, applying render systems, and installing thermal insulation to improve the durability, appearance, and energy efficiency of buildings. Applicants should have proven experience in facade work and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship in accordance with construction standards.

Building Exterior Finishing Worker (Facade Worker)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience as a Facade Worker or Building Exterior Finishing Worker.
• Must be able to provide photos and videos of previous facade projects as proof of experience.
• Experience in exterior rendering, plastering, facade finishing, and insulation installation.
• Knowledge of thermal insulation systems, waterproofing, and protection against dampness and frost.
• Ability to prepare and apply multi-layer and thin-layer rendering systems.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, measurements, and finishing specifications.
• A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Experience working on scaffolding is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor construction work at heights.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare exterior building surfaces for rendering, plastering, and facade finishing.
• Set out and install guide rails to ensure accurate alignment and finishing of rendered surfaces.
• Mix and apply plaster, cement render, and other finishing materials using multi-layer and thin-layer rendering techniques.
• Install external thermal insulation systems (ETICS) and protective materials against dampness, moisture, and frost.
• Apply decorative and protective exterior coatings to improve the appearance and durability of building facades.
• Repair damaged exterior walls, cracks, rendered surfaces, and insulation systems.
• Measure, cut, and install insulation boards, reinforcing mesh, and finishing materials.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work safely on scaffolding and elevated work platforms while complying with workplace safety regulations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly handle construction materials and waste.
• Perform other facade installation and exterior finishing duties assigned by supervisors.
