COMMISSIONING MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Preferably with no re-entry restriction in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the same position.
• Must have proven experience in Oil and Gas projects.
• Must have experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP) or Cogeneration Power Plants.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical commissioning procedures, equipment testing, and plant start-up activities.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and commissioning documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical commissioning activities for plant systems and equipment.
• Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, testing, and performance verification of mechanical systems.
• Review engineering drawings, commissioning procedures, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues during commissioning.
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Prepare commissioning reports, punch lists, test records, and project documentation.
• Provide technical support during system handover and project close-out.
