CNC Machinist

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• With 6 months to 1 year of experience in CNC machining or CNC machine operation.
• Must possess a Certificate of Employment (COE) issued not later than 2021.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation, measuring instruments, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and adapt to Japanese workplace standards.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to technical drawings and production specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficient production.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes as required.
• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments to verify compliance with dimensional and quality standards.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of machines and work areas.
• Report machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow company policies, workplace safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
