CLEANER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Applicants with NC II in Housekeeping from TESDA or equivalent housekeeping training certificates are preferred or may be required depending on deployment requirements.
• Able to read, write, and understand basic safety instructions and cleaning product labels.
• Knowledge of basic household cleaning procedures and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Physically fit and capable of performing routine cleaning and household tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Able to follow instructions and household rules.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties in private residences.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean floors, walls, furniture, fixtures, and other household surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other parts of the residence.
• Clean windows, mirrors, doors, appliances, and other household fixtures as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the residence.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and organize laundry and clothing.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other household linens as required.
• Assist with basic meal preparation and kitchen-related tasks when requested.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen surfaces, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Properly use and store cleaning tools, equipment, and household cleaning products.
• Read and follow basic safety instructions and chemical labels when handling cleaning products.
• Report damaged household items, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to the employer.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and inform the employer when supplies need replenishment.
• Follow the employer’s household routines, instructions, and preferences.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the employer and household members.
• Assist with other household upkeep duties as reasonably assigned.
• Perform tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
