SRACO International Contracting is seeking an experienced Civil / Architectural Engineer to support major Oil & Gas engineering construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and inspecting civil and architectural works, including pipelines, storage tanks, drilling platforms, equipment foundations, steel pipe racks, and industrial facilities, while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Studies, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Oil & Gas engineering construction, industrial plants, or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in the design and construction of pipelines, storage tanks, drilling platforms, industrial facilities, and structural systems.
• Proficient in CAD software and engineering design applications.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, engineering codes, and project quality standards.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Skilled in construction inspection, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise civil and architectural works for industrial, Oil & Gas, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare engineering designs, blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings using CAD software.
• Design equipment foundations, structural supports, steel pipe racks, containment walls, access roads, and related civil structures.
• Coordinate closely with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process engineering teams to ensure proper integration of equipment and systems.
• Review engineering drawings, project specifications, and construction documents for technical accuracy.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, safety regulations, and project quality plans.
• Monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance to contractors and construction teams.
• Verify that materials and workmanship meet project specifications and applicable engineering standards.
• Resolve engineering issues, review design modifications, and recommend practical technical solutions.
• Prepare engineering reports, inspection records, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international engineering standards, building codes, environmental requirements, and HSE regulations.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and risk management activities.
• Perform other engineering duties assigned by project management.
