Leading Edge Mobility FZCO is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Cell Phone Technicians (iPhone) to join its technical service team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and maintaining iPhone devices while ensuring all repairs meet the company’s quality and safety standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, precision, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced repair environment.

CELL PHONE TECHNICIAN (iPhone)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Cell Phone Technician, Mobile Phone Repair Technician, or in a related role.
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Electronics, Mobile Phone Repair, or a related field.
• Experience repairing Apple iPhone devices and familiarity with iPhone hardware components.
• Knowledge of mobile device diagnostics, soldering techniques, and electronic troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the proper use of repair tools, PPE, and ESD protection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to work in the United Arab Emirates and adapt to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues on iPhone devices.
• Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera repairs, and other component-level repairs.
• Carry out mechanical and electromechanical repair tasks following established procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct functional testing and quality inspections before and after repairs.
• Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures to protect devices and ensure workplace safety.
• Follow written work instructions, technical manuals, and repair documentation accurately.
• Ensure all calibrated tools, testing equipment, and materials with expiration dates are properly maintained and up to date.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to identify repair process improvements and enhance service quality.
• Maintain accurate repair records, service reports, and inventory usage.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company safety and quality standards.
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining a high level of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
