Sanesu Cooperative is hiring workers for CASTING under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) for deployment to Japan. The role involves metal casting and iron/construction-related industrial work in a factory environment.

CASTING (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants, 20–30 years old.
• At least a high school graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in iron works, construction, or related fields.
• Physically fit and emotionally healthy.
• Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented industrial environment.
• Strong discipline and ability to follow safety procedures strictly.
• Basic understanding of tools and industrial/fabrication processes is an advantage.
• Willingness to adapt to Japanese workplace culture and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform metal casting operations under supervision.
• Prepare molds and materials for casting processes.
• Assist in melting, pouring, and forming iron or metal components.
• Operate and maintain basic casting tools and equipment.
• Follow strict safety procedures in foundry environments.
• Inspect finished cast products for quality and defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with TITP training and workplace rules.
