Meena Health Medical Company is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide quality care and daily living assistance to patients while ensuring comfort, safety, and proper healthcare support.

Caregiver

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience is required.
• Must possess a valid TESDA NC II Certificate or related caregiving certification.
• With Saudi License is an advantage.
• Applicants must have a passport with at least 1 year validity.
• Knowledgeable in patient care, hygiene assistance, mobility support, and daily living activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and responsible in handling patients or elderly individuals.
• Physically fit and capable of assisting patients with mobility and daily care needs.
• Ability to work independently or within a healthcare team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and support patients in moving safely.
• Monitor patient condition and report health concerns or abnormalities to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort of patients and their surroundings.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow healthcare instructions as directed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and follow healthcare, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care activities when required.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff and family members regarding patient needs and condition updates.
• Follow company policies, workplace ethics, and healthcare regulations at all times.
