Home Bakery is seeking an experienced and motivated Barista Supervisor to lead its beverage team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee daily café operations, ensure consistent beverage quality, and provide leadership and training to barista staff while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

BARISTA SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience as a Barista, Head Barista, or in a similar F&B supervisory role.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Advanced knowledge in espresso machine calibration, grinding, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Train, lead, and evaluate the performance of barista staff to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate floor operations and delegate tasks effectively during peak hours.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene regulations, and sanitation best practices at all times.
• Oversee stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other perishables.
• Manage inventory control, restocking, and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Calibrate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to ensure quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper handling of café equipment.
• Support management in improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
