Underboard Nurse

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• 23–45 years old.
• Relevant healthcare or caregiving experience is required.
• Must meet the employer’s specific qualifications and experience requirements.
• Compassionate, responsible, patient, and respectful when providing care to clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow healthcare instructions, care plans, and workplace procedures.
• Knowledge of proper hygiene, infection-control, and basic patient-care practices.
• Physically capable of assisting clients with daily activities, mobility, and personal care.
• Able to work responsibly and professionally in a home-care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide appropriate nursing and caregiving assistance to clients according to their individual needs and care plans.
• Monitor clients’ general health condition and observe changes in their physical or emotional well-being.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist clients with mobility, positioning, transfers, and other activities while ensuring their safety.
• Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration according to the client’s care requirements.
• Monitor and report changes in vital signs, behavior, appetite, mobility, or overall condition to the appropriate healthcare professional or supervisor.
• Assist with medication routines as directed and within the scope of assigned duties and employer procedures.
• Provide basic nursing and personal care support as required by the client’s condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided, observations, and other relevant information.
• Follow established healthcare, infection-control, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and respectful care to clients.
• Assist with prescribed exercises, mobility activities, or other care routines as instructed by healthcare professionals.
• Respond appropriately to changes in a client’s condition and promptly report concerns to the supervisor or responsible healthcare professional.
• Respect clients’ privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and personal preferences at all times.
• Communicate professionally with clients, family members, supervisors, and other healthcare personnel.
• Follow employer instructions, care plans, workplace policies, and applicable safety procedures.
• Perform other reasonable healthcare and caregiving duties assigned by management.
