Qualifications:
- Must be a PRC Licensed Nurse.
- Female applicants only.
- 23–45 years old.
- 1–2 years of relevant nursing or healthcare experience.
- Must be willing to work in a caregiving position.
- Relevant healthcare/caregiving experience is required.
- Must meet the employer’s specific qualifications and experience requirements.
- Compassionate, patient, responsible, and professional when providing care.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in basic nursing care, patient safety, hygiene, and infection-control practices.
- Physically capable of assisting clients with daily activities and mobility needs.
- Able to work independently and responsibly in a home-care environment.
- Willing to follow care plans, healthcare instructions, employer policies, and workplace procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing and caregiving assistance to clients according to their individual needs and established care plans.
- Monitor clients’ health condition and observe changes in their physical, emotional, and general well-being.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other activities while maintaining safety.
- Monitor vital signs and other relevant health indicators as required.
- Assist with medication routines and other prescribed care activities according to authorized instructions and employer procedures.
- Provide appropriate nursing and personal care support based on the client’s condition and care requirements.
- Assist clients with feeding, nutrition, and hydration when necessary.
- Observe and promptly report changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professional, supervisor, or family member.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided, observations, vital signs, and other relevant information.
- Assist with prescribed exercises, rehabilitation activities, mobility routines, or other care programs as instructed.
- Follow proper infection-control, hygiene, sanitation, and patient-safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for clients.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and respectful care to clients and their families.
- Respect clients’ privacy, dignity, confidentiality, cultural practices, and personal preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, supervisors, and other healthcare personnel.
- Follow employer instructions, care plans, workplace policies, and applicable healthcare procedures.
- Respond appropriately to changes or urgent situations and seek assistance when necessary.
- Perform other reasonable nursing and caregiving duties assigned by management.
