Qualifications:
- Female, 20–30 years old.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Preferably with experience in baking, bakery production, food preparation, or a related field.
- Must be physically and emotionally healthy and capable of working in a bakery or food production environment.
- Knowledge of basic baking procedures and food preparation.
- Able to follow recipes, measurements, production instructions, and safety procedures.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, cooperative, and willing to learn.
- Must be willing to undergo four (4) months of Japanese language training.
- Japanese language training will be provided free of charge.
- Willing to learn the Japanese language, culture, and workplace practices.
- Able to adapt to a structured Japanese work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and measure quantities accurately according to recipes and production requirements.
- Mix, knead, ferment, shape, and bake bread and other bakery products.
- Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other bakery equipment safely and properly.
- Monitor baking temperature, timing, and product appearance to ensure consistent quality.
- Prepare and handle dough according to established bakery procedures.
- Perform basic finishing and presentation of bread, pastries, and other baked products.
- Inspect finished products for proper appearance, texture, size, and quality.
- Follow recipes, production instructions, and workplace procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, equipment, and bakery areas.
- Properly store ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness and food safety.
- Follow food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
- Assist senior bakers and other bakery staff in daily production activities.
- Minimize ingredient waste and properly handle food materials.
- Maintain an organized and safe working environment.
- Report equipment problems, ingredient shortages, or product quality issues to supervisors.
- Cooperate with co-workers and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Perform other bakery and food production duties as assigned.
