B3 Production Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have experience or knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of production machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to identify and report equipment faults and production problems.
• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude.
• Ability to use common tools and equipment safely.
• Physically fit and capable of performing duties in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum height: 5’2″.
• Maximum weight: 75 kg.
• No visible tattoos. Applicants with tattoos may be subject to employer review and approval, based on the employer’s requirements.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, or extended hours when required by production operations.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and workplace procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations.
• Operate, monitor, and assist in maintaining production machinery and equipment.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements.
• Inspect machinery and production equipment for abnormal operation, defects, or potential problems.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or production equipment issues within the scope of the position.
• Identify machine abnormalities and promptly report major faults to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Assist maintenance personnel in diagnosing and resolving equipment problems.
• Carry out basic preventive maintenance tasks as instructed.
• Check machine components, tools, and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Monitor production processes and report operational issues that may affect productivity or product quality.
• Assist in machine setup, adjustment, cleaning, and changeover activities when required.
• Maintain proper production records, equipment checklists, and maintenance-related documentation.
• Inspect products or production output according to established quality requirements.
• Identify defective products or irregularities and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Properly use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment.
• Follow company policies and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Work closely with production operators, technicians, engineers, and maintenance personnel.
• Help minimize machine downtime by promptly identifying and reporting equipment problems.
• Perform other production, equipment, and maintenance-related duties assigned by management.
