Safco Aluminium Factory Co. is seeking a qualified Aluminum Technician (Bender) to fabricate, assemble, and prepare aluminum products including doors, windows, curtain walls, and related systems while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with technical drawings and production specifications.

Aluminum Technician (Bender)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in aluminum fabrication and manufacturing.
• Must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate Holder in a related field.
• 3–5 years of aluminum fabrication experience is preferred.
• Skilled in fabricating aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and partition systems.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication details, profiles, and accessories.
• Experience operating aluminum fabrication machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Knowledge of aluminum profiles, hardware, gaskets, and installation accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate aluminum frames and assemblies for doors, windows, curtain walls, and other architectural aluminum products.
• Cut, assemble, and fabricate aluminum profiles according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Operate fabrication machinery including cutting saws, punch machines, crimping machines, and related equipment.
• Install accessories, gaskets, hardware, and fittings as required.
• Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and quality of fabricated products.
• Perform measurements and inspections throughout the fabrication process.
• Conduct pre-assembly and quality checks before products are dispatched to project sites.
• Interpret shop drawings and fabrication instructions accurately.
• Maintain fabrication equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Report fabrication issues, material defects, or equipment problems to supervisors.
