AC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male or female candidates considered.
• Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in hotels or commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Skilled in using HVAC tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Replace or repair defective parts and components as needed.
• Monitor and maintain refrigerant levels and system pressures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and reports.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Respond promptly to urgent service requests and emergencies.
