Data Analysis & Forecasting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, forecasting, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of forecasting methods, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with databases, ETL processes, and data management principles.
  • 2 years relevant experience and Strong communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Develop forecasting models to predict sales, revenue, demand, staffing, inventory, or other business metrics.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models based on changing business conditions.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, charts, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of departmental activities.
  • Assist in preparing departmental documents, records, schedules, and operational reports.
  • Support day-to-day business operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
