KBR Services LLC is seeking qualified Spa & Sauna Attendants for deployment to Qatar. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming spa and sauna environment while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
SPA & SAUNA ATTENDANT
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a spa, wellness center, hotel, recreational club, or hospitality environment.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attentive approach to guest needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures for spa and wellness facilities.
- Course certificate in Basic First Aid and CPR is required.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and monitor facility operations.
- Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping and guest service duties.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and members in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Provide information about spa and sauna facilities, services, and club regulations.
- Conduct facility tours and escort guests to treatment rooms and designated areas.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment within the spa, sauna, steam rooms, and related facilities.
- Clean and disinfect shower areas, lockers, treatment rooms, sauna rooms, steam rooms, and other wet areas.
- Monitor cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
- Ensure adequate supplies of towels, robes, toiletries, and guest amenities in locker rooms and lounge areas.
- Monitor sauna, steam, and spa equipment to ensure proper operation and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries and respond to their needs in a professional manner.
- Enforce club rules, safety procedures, and hygiene standards within the spa and wellness facilities.
- Maintain records of supplies, incidents, and maintenance requirements as needed.
- Provide basic first aid and emergency assistance when necessary.
- Support the overall operation of the spa and wellness facilities to ensure guest satisfaction.
