Patrice Salon is seeking an experienced and skilled Barber to join its professional salon team in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide high-quality men’s haircutting, styling, and beard grooming services while maintaining professional standards, excellent customer service, and a clean and welcoming salon environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a barber or men’s hairdresser.
• Previous experience in a recognized, high-end, premium, or busy salon is strongly preferred.
• Strong ability in both clipper work and scissor cutting.
• Experience working with different hair types and textures.
• Experience serving international clientele is an advantage.
• Proven experience in beard grooming and shaping.
• TESDA Barbering NC II certification or equivalent is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to communicate effectively in spoken English.
• Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willing to learn, accept feedback, and follow Patrice Salon’s methods and standards.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of proper barbering tool sanitation and salon hygiene practices.
• Valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional barbering and men’s hairdressing services according to customer requirements.
• Perform haircutting using both clippers and scissors with precision and consistency.
• Perform fades, tapers, trims, shaping, and other men’s haircut styles.
• Assess clients’ hair type, texture, condition, and preferred style before providing services.
• Provide beard trimming, shaping, styling, and grooming services.
• Use barbering tools, equipment, and products safely and correctly.
• Maintain clean, sharp, sanitized, and properly organized barbering tools and equipment.
• Provide professional hair and grooming recommendations based on each client’s preferences and appearance.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and customer-focused service to local and international clientele.
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail throughout each service.
• Follow Patrice Salon’s established methods, service procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
• Keep the workstation and salon area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Follow proper sanitation and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage appointments and service times efficiently, particularly during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their desired haircut and grooming requirements.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and make appropriate adjustments when required.
• Work cooperatively with other salon staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Continue developing barbering techniques and stay familiar with current men’s grooming trends.
• Perform other barbering and salon duties assigned by management.
