IRON WORKER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are welcome to apply.
• At least a High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Iron Worker or in a related field.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) issued not later than 2021.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a construction environment.
• Willing to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and secure structural steel components for buildings and other construction projects.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Measure, cut, bend, and position steel bars, beams, and other metal components.
• Assist in reinforcing concrete structures using steel reinforcement materials.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and lifting devices safely and efficiently.
• Inspect installed steel structures to ensure proper alignment and quality.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other ironwork and construction-related duties as assigned.
