2Pi-PROFIL d.o.o. is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Leather Sewers for deployment to Croatia. The successful candidate will perform leather stitching, sewing, and finishing work while ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and product quality.

LEATHER SEWER

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, Up to 40 years old
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in leather sewing is required.
  • Must possess a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) verifying work experience.
  • Experience operating industrial sewing machines for leather products.
  • Ability to stitch leather materials accurately and neatly according to quality standards.
  • Skilled in measuring and cutting leather based on patterns and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.
  • Patient, organized, and quality-focused.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a production or factory environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial sewing machines specialized for leather products.
  • Stitch leather materials accurately, neatly, and according to production standards.
  • Measure, cut, and prepare leather materials based on provided design patterns.
  • Inspect finished leather products to ensure strict quality standards are achieved.
  • Repair or adjust stitching defects when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and sewing equipment.
  • Properly handle and maintain sewing tools, machines, and materials.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and company production guidelines.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and production staff to meet production schedules and targets.
  • Ensure consistency in workmanship and product finishing quality.
