Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop maintenance procedures for machinery and buildings and ensure implementation.
  • Review and report control of maintenance status including costs (MTBF, MTTR)
  • Ensure compliance of Quality procedures by meeting factory targets for continuous improvement
  • Ensure full implementation of Safety systems and safe practices of work
  • Ensure proper management of all Bakemate Spare Parts.
  • Manage Compressed Air and Water systems, HVAC and refrigeration as well as electrical and process control systems.
  • Identify and plan staff development ensuring technical skills to meet business needs at any time
  • Analyse Business Risk and build action plans to minimise risk to core products and equipment.
  • Assist the project team in all related issues, e.g meeting the agreed specification and time lines
