Grapecare Limited is looking for experienced GTAW Aluminum Welders to join its team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality aluminum welding based on engineering drawings, welding procedures, and production requirements while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

WELDER (GTAW ALUMINUM)

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Must hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Others or a related field.
  • Specialization in GTAW (TIG) welding is required.
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
  • Experience in welding aluminum is essential.
  • Knowledge of GMAW (MIG) welding is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
  • Perform welding using the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG) process.
  • Weld aluminum materials (approximately 90% of production) and stainless steel materials (approximately 10%).
  • Weld materials with thickness ranging from 1 mm to 8 mm.
  • Prepare materials and components prior to welding.
  • Assemble products according to specifications and production requirements.
  • Perform welding tasks following instructions provided by the supervisor.
  • Ensure finished welds meet quality standards and company specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
