AK 59 Restaurant and Café Ltd is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waitress to provide exceptional dining service in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience through attentive and efficient customer service.

WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar food and beverage service role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Accommodate guests’ dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests whenever possible.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Process bills and handle cash or electronic payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
• Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and customer service standards.
