Nando’s Restaurant is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitresses to join its restaurant team in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals with experience in casual dining restaurants who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.

WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Age: 22–32 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Food & Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waitress in a casual dining restaurant.
  Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and customer service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately take customer orders and provide efficient table service.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional, and attentive table service.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Process customer payments accurately and issue receipts when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operating procedures at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant before opening and after closing.
• Perform other food and beverage service duties assigned by supervisors or management.
