WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Female
• At least 1 year and above experience in hospitality industry
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting guests, handling complaints professionally, and maintaining positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Perform restaurant operations such as seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and upselling food and beverage combinations.
• Follow hotel policies and standards related to hygiene, safety, grooming, discipline, privacy, and workplace professionalism.
• Support teamwork, attend trainings and meetings, adapt to operational changes, and represent the hotel positively at all times.
