WAITRESS
Qualifications:
- Female
- At least 1 year and above experience in hospitality industry
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting guests, handling complaints professionally, and maintaining positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Perform restaurant operations such as seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and upselling food and beverage combinations.
- Follow hotel policies and standards related to hygiene, safety, grooming, discipline, privacy, and workplace professionalism.
- Support teamwork, attend trainings and meetings, adapt to operational changes, and represent the hotel positively at all times.
