Red Rock Center is hiring Waiter / Waitress Staff responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The role supports daily operations and ensures a positive dining or service experience for customers.

WAITER / WAITRESS STAFF

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, 40 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned in China.
• Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and presentable.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a professional manner.
• Take and manage customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue, including sanitizing equipment and work areas.
• Assist with general housekeeping tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow instructions and guidelines from management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle concerns appropriately.
