Serikandi Cafe & Restaurant is looking for friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join its team in Brunei. The successful candidate will provide excellent dining service by serving food and beverages efficiently, attending to guests’ needs, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

WAITER / WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, food server, or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Must have a pleasing personality and a professional appearance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
• Set up and clear dining tables before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
