Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 24–35 years old.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a waiter or in food and beverage service.
• Good command of spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Pleasant personality with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to take customer orders accurately and handle guest requests efficiently.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
• Neat, presentable, responsible, and attentive to details.
• Willing to follow company policies, hygiene standards, and workplace procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, explain available food and beverage options, and answer customer inquiries.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or beverage preparation staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that orders are complete, correctly prepared, and presented according to company standards.
• Check on customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address additional requests.
• Clear tables, replace used utensils, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Prepare and arrange tables before and after customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns courteously and refer unresolved issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with billing and payment collection when assigned.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
