National Golden Coast Trading is seeking courteous and customer-focused Waiters to join its hospitality team in Oman. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent dining service, taking and delivering orders accurately, and ensuring a positive guest experience through attentive and professional customer service.

WAITER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Waiter/Server or in a similar food service role.
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of menu presentation, service procedures, and guest handling.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to relocate and work in Oman.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent wait service to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Make menu recommendations, answer customer inquiries, and provide detailed information about menu items.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained before and after service.
• Attend to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Process bills and payments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
