Grapecare Limited is seeking courteous and customer-oriented Waiters to join its hospitality team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring accurate order taking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
WAITER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a full-service restaurant, fast-paced dining establishment, or hospitality setting.
- Must be at least a High School Graduate.
- Professional experience in food and beverage service is required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, when required.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and recommend food and beverage pairings.
- Accurately take customer orders, including noting allergens, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
- Enter customer orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, ingredients, promotions, and beverage offerings.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous manner.
- Prepare and maintain dining areas by setting tables, clearing used dishes, and ensuring cleanliness throughout service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and perform other restaurant tasks as assigned.
