UTILITY TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience as a Utility Technician or in a related field.
- Proven experience with boilers, compressed air systems, LPG stations, and HVAC equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, compressed air systems, LPG stations, and HVAC equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with utility systems promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to support operational efficiency.
Requirements:

- Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
- PEOS certificate
- Vax Certificate
