QC SUPERVISOR COATING

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial coating inspection, quality control procedures, and international coating standards.
• Experience with quality documentation, inspections, and project quality management systems.
• Good English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise quality control activities related to industrial coating, painting, and surface preparation works.
• Ensure coating applications comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and coating documentation.
• Conduct inspections before, during, and after coating applications, including surface preparation, environmental conditions, and coating thickness.
• Monitor compliance with international coating standards, project specifications, and company quality procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action documentation.
• Supervise QC inspectors and provide technical guidance to ensure consistent quality performance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and quality management systems.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
