Tobolar Copra Processing Authority is currently seeking qualified and detail-oriented professionals for its quality control and laboratory operations in the Marshall Islands. The successful candidate will support analytical testing, quality assurance, and manufacturing compliance within the company’s processing facility.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Chemistry, Biological Sciences Or related field with Analytical Chemistry laboratory coursework
- Experience in Quality Control within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment or in the Quality Department of a manufacturing facility.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel
- Knowledgeable in laboratory procedures, quality assurance standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage laboratory documentation properly.
- Responsible, organized, and safety-conscious.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory testing, quality inspections, and analytical procedures according to company standards.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with GMP and manufacturing regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
- Analyze samples and interpret laboratory results for quality assurance purposes.
- Assist in identifying product quality issues and support corrective action implementation.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams regarding testing and inspection requirements.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory materials and samples.
- Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and proper operation of laboratory equipment and work areas.
- Follow workplace safety standards, laboratory protocols, and company procedures at all times.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and manufacturing processes.
