TEXTILE WORKER (KNITTING/DYEING)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience operating knitting machines, dyeing machines, or textile production equipment.
• Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, fabric processing, and quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with handling yarns, dyes, chemicals, and auxiliary materials used in textile production.
• Ability to monitor machine performance and identify operational issues.
• Understanding of color consistency standards and fabric quality requirements.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper handling of chemicals and production equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate knitting and/or dyeing machines according to production schedules and work instructions.
• Prepare fabrics, yarns, dyes, chemicals, and auxiliary materials based on production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure continuous and efficient operation of textile production equipment.
• Operate dyeing machines and control processing parameters such as temperature, time, pressure, and chemical dosage.
• Inspect finished fabrics for defects, color consistency, texture, and compliance with quality standards.
• Perform fabric processing activities in accordance with company procedures and production specifications.
• Ensure accurate preparation and mixing of dyes and chemicals to achieve required color results.
• Conduct routine quality inspections during and after production to maintain product standards.
• Identify machine malfunctions, production irregularities, or quality issues and report them to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and proper handling practices when working with chemicals, dyes, and machinery.
• Record production data, machine performance information, and quality inspection results as required.
• Assist in achieving production targets while minimizing waste and maximizing operational efficiency.
