Teppanyaki Chef / Sushi Chef

Qualifications:

• Age between 21 and 40 years old
• High School Graduate or College level
• Experience in a 5-star hotel, resort, or hospitality industry
• Basic English communication skills
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Teppanyaki or Sushi dishes according to international standards
• Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory control
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
• Provide an excellent dining experience, especially for live cooking (Teppanyaki)
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
