Leading Edge Mobility FZCO is seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader to oversee production, repair, and technical operations. The successful candidate will supervise team activities, ensure quality and safety standards are maintained, and support efficient workflow operations within the company.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome to apply
• Graduate of a Vocational, Technical, or Bachelor’s Degree Program in:
  • Engineering
  • Electronics
  • Industrial Technology
  • Related technical fields
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in production, repair, or technical operations
• At least 1 year leadership or supervisory experience in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of production workflows, quality standards, and workplace safety practices
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production, repair, or technical operations activities
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational targets and productivity goals
• Monitor workflow processes and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety practices
• Assist in troubleshooting operational and technical issues
• Provide guidance, training, and support to technicians and production staff
• Prepare reports and maintain operational records as required
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workstations
• Coordinate with management and other departments to improve operational efficiency
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and a safe working environment
